ABOUT US
WHO WE ARE
ALMA LLC
Want to hire with the best? We can't wait to help you get started!
ALMA’s mission is to target young, talented people and help train them to work as Virtual Assistants. We pride ourselves on our training. We want to make sure your VA is trained in best practices of whatever it is you need them to do.
Our system of having managers spot-check the work of our employees also ensures they are doing what needs to be done for you.
Additionally, want to run this company with non-profit ideals. We want both you and our employees to have a better future. We invest in our employees. Every employee who completes 6 months working with us and receives great reviews from you gains access to classes in their countries which we pay for. While we prefer for them to take classes that will help them work with you, we don’t require them.
We know having them trained in other disciplines might mean one day they leave you and us for another career, but we fully support that.
Creating experienced and educated people is its own reward. We also know we always will have the next generation ready to take their place at no training and transition cost to you.
J. Axel Bromley
Founder/CEO
Axel, the founder of ALMA started his career working with refugees in the US. He learned over 7 languages to help these newest Americans find housing, and clothes, learn English and most importantly gain employment. He then received two Masters in business and became an international CEO living and working in over 15 different countries during his career. So often he saw incredibly talented, smart, hard-working people who didn’t have the kinds of opportunities that he had in the US and his wife had in Canada.

While overseas they began two non-profit companies to help first the Nepalis and later the Southern Sudanese refugees living in Egypt. They found great happiness in helping these people, but they knew the best way to help lift people was through education and employment.
